Bookkeeping Professional/Quickbooks Pro-Advisor

We are looking for a bookkeeping professional in the Salem or Portland area to join our team. We are bookkeepers; but also counselors and friends – We love helping our small business clients survive and thrive through the bookkeeping, advisory, and payroll services we provide.

Requirements:

• Deep experience with Quickbooks
• Detail oriented and enjoys problem solving
• Kind and collaborative team player

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Performing full cycle bookkeeping activities for multiple clients.
• Assisting in compiling data and preparing reports to file state and local sales and excise taxes
• Reviewing transactions with clients to insure all are properly classified. Work with clients to get answers to any uncategorized transactions and follow up until all questions are answered and file is complete.
• Working collaboratively to solve issues and improve processes to ensure a rich client experience.
